Eugene Vindman represents Virginia's 7th Congressional District — which spans Spotsylvania County, the City of Fredericksburg, Culpeper County, and parts of Stafford, Prince William, and Fauquier counties — in the U.S. House of Representatives, having been first sworn in January 2025.
